When will my order be shipped?
We pack the orders right away once we get them! Orders typically take 2-5 business days to be shipped out.


How long will it take for my order to come?
3-7 business days for domestic orders
Up to 2-6 weeks for orders outside the US. This is all based off your shipping method, country's customs, and local postal services. 

What do I do about customs/tariffs?
Tariffs and customs are NOT our responsibility. When you purchase an item from us, you are also paying for the customs you may have to pay. This includes tariffs and VAT laws (UK/EU).

If the items are returned to us due to unpaid custom fees, then we will not ship them back out, but instead refund you for the order excluding the shipping cost.

There is something wrong with my order. What do I do? / I put the wrong address! / Can I return and get a refund?

My items came damaged!
If your items are damaged then please email us. We try to make sure all packages are safely packaged, however sometimes they can get damaged during transit. Please let us know ASAP!

My package says delivered, but I can't find it
Please double check with your local post office, ask your neighbors, or if you live in an apartment building then please ask the front office as well. We are not responsible for lost packages!

My package is lost. Can you refund me or send out another one?
We cannot refund you for your items, but we can reship the items out if they are in stock and if the shipping fee is covered.
